Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or agreed arrangement has been made, where applicable. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover costs already committed, such as equipment hire or crew scheduling.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work site and disclose any known hazards, including underground services, structures, or boundary issues. Atlas Tree & Landscaping Services is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate site information provided by the customer.
Liability
